We're thrilled to launch the next phase of DuveAI*, exclusively available to our design partners. Introducing SmartReply, AI-generated suggestions for responses to incoming messages, helping you reduce response times even further!
DuveAI will analyze all of the incoming messages received in your Communication Hub and will auto-generate a response based on the content from your Guest App. DuveAI can also read and respond in all 17 languages supported by Duve.
When the suggestion is generated, the user can view the source that DuveAI pulled the information from. The user can then decide whether they will proceed with sending DuveAI's suggestion, edit the suggestion or continue with their own reply.
Please Note: *This access is planned to continue until December 31st, 2023, and your usage of DuveAI's SmartPriority during this time will be without charge. At the completion of this period, SmartPriority will be available as an add-on feature at an additional cost.
Privacy notice: Features powered by DuveAI leverages OpenAI's API. While we strive to remove all personal data before sharing text with OpenAI, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion of guest personal information, especially from "free text" fields. Additionally, OpenAI LLC will be added as a subprocessor. It is important to note that OpenAI's tool will not make any automated decisions; rather, it will provide insights to help you make more effective and timely actions, enabling you to enhance your guests' experience. After the guest sends a message, DuveAI will generate a suggested response. Sources for the message will be easily accessible to
The host has the option to send a pre-populated response as it is or to edit and rephrase it. The tailored response is generated for each new guest response and is updated accordingly. The new message will only be shown after the AI model analyzes and retrieves the message from the relevant source(s). The suggested message response is chosen based on the most significant message initiated by the AI model.
To update DuveAI's suggestion, click Edit the SmartReply
Or click the suggested answer button to generate a new response if the guest has continued to write new messages
Important Details:
- If a guest sends another message before the host answers, within a few seconds a blue button will pop for the option to generate a new response that matches all of the content the guest sent, if there is a post exists in the Guest App
- It takes 5 seconds to generate the tailored response and the update suggestion box
- In case the user is already in the chat it will not generate a new response, host needs to click the right button to generate a new response that matches both of the messages
- If a host is not in the chat, once the host gets in the conversation, DuveAi will generate a new response by itself
