Duve is proud to announce a new configuration option for the Late Check-Out upsell feature, offering more control and flexibility to hosts using our platform. This update enhances the ability to manage guest expectations and upsell opportunities more effectively.
Overview
With the new settings, the host can prevent this upsell from being available less than a certain number of hours or days before check-out, avoiding operational issues and guest misunderstandings. By optimizing the timing of upsells, hotels can maximize revenue potential without compromising guest experience or operational capacity.
How to set it up?
Go to Settings > Check-Out > Late Check-Out > Edit Late Check-Out Preferences > Availability.
Two Setup Options:
- Always Show - from reservation creation to Check-in date
- Show in time frames - determine which time frames are most suitable for your operations
Show in Time Frames:
- Start time options - when reservation is created, 3,2,1 days before Checkout
- Ending time options - 3/2/1 days before Checkout
