The plan incorporates flexible user roles and permissions, accommodating both Managers and Team Members with tailored capabilities.

The simplified dashboard provides essential insights such as popular posts, languages used, digital spots, and guest stay duration. GuestApp customization options allow businesses to create a personalized guest experience through diverse posts, widgets, banners, and upsells, complemented by a variety of templates and styles. The inclusion of Digital Spots facilitate the easy navigation of guests to specific areas of interest using strategically placed QR codes.

Furthermore, the Room Directory is fully white-labeled and brandable, allowing businesses to customize it to match their brand identity, making it ideal for managing multiple brands. Basic analytics provide valuable insights into guest preferences and behaviors, including the most popular posts and languages.
