Duve is excited to announce the launch of a new feature that allows hosts - users to create and manage Schedule Message at the brand level. This update is specifically designed for group accounts operating with multiple brands under a single group account, offering better flexibility and customization in guest communications.
Overview
Group accounts using Duve's platform often manage extra brands, each with its unique communication style and requirements. Duve has developed a solution that allows for the creation and editing of scheduled messages tailored to each brand’s specific needs.
Brand-level users can view and manage Schedule messages specifically created for their brand. Hosts will be able to see all the canned responses in the account in the Main Settings.
The default state when creating a new schedule message will be 'All guests'
A new place for Schedule messages!
Hover on 'Communication' and select Schedule messages. Note that the Scheduled Messages is no longer available in Settings > Communication.
How to set it up?
With the new feature, users can see a new Schedule messages section under a Sub Brand ➝
When Schedule messages are created on the sub-brand, they are able to be edited on the brand level.
- When Scheduled messages are created on the Main brand, users on the sub brand level can not edit those Scheduled messages. Ex: Schedule messages which was created in the Main Brand do not have editing permission from the Main Brand.
- When Schedule messages are created on the sub brand, users on the Main level can edit those Schedule messages. Ex: Schedule messages which was created in the Sub Brand is visible with editing permission and brand allocation from the Main Brand.
When Brand-level users cannot edit the main brands messages it will be grayed out
