Duve is excited to introduce an update to the Access Codes feature. Designed with flexibility and customization in mind, this update aims to streamline access management and enhance user experience.

Bulk Editing
The Primary & Secondary access code types are now available for bulk editing.
To bulk edit go to the rooms/rentals page > select the desired rentals using the checkbox > Edit > Bulk Edit Access Codes > set the Primary & Secondary codes.
These code types and code values will be added to each room/rental selected.
Dynamic Parameters
The Access Code type and value will be available as dynamic parameters in the library.
The Primary/Secondary Access Code Type dynamic parameter when used will show the type selected from the dropdown menu, such as "door code" or "hallway code".
The Primary/Secondary Access Code dynamic parameter will show the code value, such as "1234".
Access Codes Visibility
A new toggle in the company info page enables hosts to decide whether or not to display the Secondary code in the guest app, offering enhanced security and customization.
Important Note: The migration to the update will not affect the current settings. The existing 'room key' and 'building entrance code' functionalities remain supported.
Reservation Page
The codes in the reservation page, whether they were inserted manually or pulled from an integration as access code keys (SaltoKs, Nuki, Guesty), will override the codes that were filled in on the property page.
