Duve is proud to announce a new capability that allows for configuring Basic Details settings per brand. This feature is designed to provide greater flexibility and customization options, particularly for hosts who operate across multiple PMSs with distinct requirements.
To enable this feature, please reach out to your Custom Success Manager or Duve's Support Team.
How to set it up?
Go to Settings > Check-in > Basic
Each detail (first name, last name, email address, phone number) now includes an option to tag a brand name. This option is presented in a popup similar to the 'Limit Question by' capability.
Choosing a brand will limit the Basic Detail field to the specific brand selected. This ensures that the configuration aligns precisely with the requirements of each PMS, facilitating smoother companion syncing.
