How to set up Live Availability for Optima Europe Hotels

Duve has added the ability to pull alternative live availability from Optima 1 for Optima' Europe Hotels. Using this method, Optima is responsible for updating the live availability of the room inventory to Duve. Duve is only waiting for the updates sent to us from Optima. 

To turn on Live Availability in Duve for Optima's Europe Hotels, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to your Optima Connection and insert this URL in the Alternative API URL: https://marketplace.leonardo-hotels.com/Silverbyte.GuestPortal.DmzApplication/api/DmzG4Data/WebGateway/api/

 The toggle for Use Alternative Live Availability must be OFF.

2. Complete the setup of your Room Upgrade and enable the toggle for 'Check Live Availability from Optima 1.
