Duve is happy to announce that customers can integrate their Assa Abloy Global Solutions account to Duve.
Overview
Assa Abloy online keys integration releases the mobile keys depending on your configuration of automatic key release time in your Settings.
The Mobile Key will only work on the door from the guest's Check-in to Checkout day. The Earliest time that the guest will be able to enter the room with the code will be dependent on the auto-release by reservation status setting.
Initial Steps
- The hotel/technician assigned to the hotel will contact ASSA ABLOY Licensing department to acquire a mobile key license (this contains the link from visionline to your credential services tenant account). The technician will take care of updating the visionline.
- Purchase the mobile key license from Assa Abloy with the provider ‘Servi Smart Solutions’
- Once the mobile key is bought from the AssaAbloy side, the connection will be able to be established in Duve.
- On your Visionline server, the Assa Abloy technician must create a separate system manager operator for ServiSmart
- Permissions for this user must be a system manager and an operator
- Credentials Example:
- UserID: servismart
- Password (Example): service.duve1234
To set up the Visionline Server
- White-list the following Duve servers IP (54.217.85.205, 52.215.239.213, 77.137.44.14) has access to the vision line server on port 443.
- If your Visionline server does not have public IP and it is on the hotel internal network:
- Option 1
- Create a port forwarding rule in your router / firewall configuration to direct traffic from port for example 9443 -> 443 on for the specific keyserver IP
- Make sure your router has a static public IP with your ISP provider
- Discover your public IPv4 IP using the following url https://www.whatismyip.com/ or https://whatismyipaddress.com/
- On Duve - the Visionline Server IP/DNS is [YourRouterPublicIPv4]:9443
- Option 2
- You can use https://ngrok.com for exposing the visionline server using https tunneling - you will need to register and setup the ngrok tunneling learn more here
- Get the address to connect the visionline server after the setup and place that in Duve
- On Duve - the Visionline Server IP/DNS is the NGROK value
- Option 1
From Step 2: You will have the Visionline Server IP/DNS to add to your Duve account
Complete the Connection
- Go to Settings -> Key Providers and add AssaAbloy as a new key provider
- Enter the Username as servismart (as created for the system manager operator), Password (The one created before for the servismart user) and Visionline Server’s IP/DNS from either Visionline Setup Options.
- Go to Settings>Check-in> Guest login and activate 2FA for login guest.
- Go to the Rooms/ Rentals page in your Duve account and go into each Room/ Rental and assign each key to the corresponding Room under Key Provider.
- Save.
- When the key is confirmed, the field will be green.

Troubleshooting
Making the connection in Duve
Timeout Error
In some cases you will see that the credentials do not work when creating the connection , this means that there is an issue with the setup of IP Address being used to create the connection.
Please ask the host to contact their IT team to ensure that the IP Whitelist and port forwarding for Duve's IP Address is set up correctly on the Visionline Server.
