New! Mister Booking Integration Update to 2 Way

Duve has updated the previous 1 way Mister Booking integration to 2 way integration. Please find below the updates that have been made and what Duve now pushes back to the PMS.

What do we push back to the PMS?

Pre Check-in

• All Pre Check-in information is pushed to Comments
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Language (10 Languages only)
• All Custom Questions are synced in the Pre check-in summary note
  • Passport #
  • Address
  • City
  • Country
  • Zipcode
  • Birth date
  • Document type
  • Nationality

Payments

*Cancellation and refund updates are also pushed back to Misterbooking for all

• Early Check-in
• Late Checkout
• Custom services
• Payment for stay
  • Important Note: Duve does not receive an indication of a payment made from the PMS, so if payment for stay is used, all guests will be requested payment
• Additional hold - will be pushed as a comment
• Transportation
• Room upgrade
