Overview
The "Reservation Room-Assign Updated" trigger allows users to automatically send a webhook with various data points to integrated third-party tools whenever a room assignment is updated.
This ensures that all connected systems are kept in sync with real-time room assignment changes.
How to Set It Up
- Access Settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Connections > DuveConnect > Outgoing.
- Configure the Trigger:
- Locate the "Reservation room assigned" option and enable it.
- The trigger will activate upon any room assignment changes (note: this triggers only when a room assignment changes, not when a reservation is initially created).
- Webhook Configuration:
- Set up the webhook URL where the data will be sent.
- Data Points Configuration:
- The trigger includes the following data points:
- Reservation ID
- External ID (PMS ID)
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Room number
- Pre Check-in Link
- sId - Guest App link sId
- PreCheckout Link
- Guest Area Link
- Current Reservation Status
- Source - guest Booking source
- Company Name
- Company ID - Duve Company ID
