Duve is excited to introduce a new capability in the online check-in (OCI) wizard to enhance hosts' guest experience. This update focuses on providing a more tailored and professional interface by removing the hard-coded text, which is essential for hosts. This change aims to align the OCI wizard more closely with hosts' operations, potentially increasing adoption and satisfaction among hosts and their guests.
Overview
By default, the first page of the Pre-Check-In (PCI) wizard currently includes a few templated fields. By providing a customized ability for hosts to customize their welcome page of the online check-in, Duve aims to streamline the check-in process and create a more specific and relevant experience. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to provide customizable solutions that cater to the unique needs of different types of properties.
