Duve is proud to introduce a new outgoing webhook product, designed to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience management for our customers. This new capability, "Reservation Details Updated," allows hosts to receive real-time notifications whenever specific fields within a reservation are modified. This feature will streamline processes such as key release adjustments based on updated guest information, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and guests.
Overview
The "Reservation Details Updated" trigger condition enables hosts to monitor changes in crucial reservation details and respond promptly. This new functionality is part of our ongoing effort to provide more robust and flexible tools for our clients, helping them optimize their operations and improve guest satisfaction. The use cases for this feature include:
- Triggering a webhook when the Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) changes.
- Triggering a webhook when the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) changes.
