We are excited to introduce a new feature that enables the sale of Duve's upsells directly from the OHIP interface. This enhancement aims to leverage Duve's services within the OHIP platform to increase revenue through personalized upsell offers from Duve.
Host Operations
After the setup is completed in OHIP and Duve, hotel reception teams will be able to see Duve upsells within the Guest Profiles in OHIP and be able to offer guests upsells and room upgrades via Duve.
How to Set It Up
Setting up this new feature involves a setup in OHIP to create a button in the profiles page and generating a link from Duve's platform:
Duve Setup:
Go Settings > Connections page and click on the OHIP Connection.
Take each link for "All Upsells" or "Room Upgrade" specifically from Duve Connections page.
OHIP setup:
Create a quick link custom button in the OHIP interface - Video Instructions
Note: Verify that the necessary permissions (External Systems are set up) are granted for data sharing between Duve and OHIP.
Click on the Rocket
Click Manage Quick Links
Go to the Search and write 'Run Reports'
Click on the Run Reports and Click the > Arrow to add and then Click Save.
Go to Manage Custom Links
Add the Duve Links here one by one and click Add.
Use Cases
Scenario: Guest Check-In

Arrival at Reception:
- A guest arrives at the reception desk.
- The receptionist opens the reservation in Opera.

Accessing Upsells:
- Via a link in the reservation, the receptionist can access all upsells relevant to the guest profile.
- The link provides a direct path to the guest’s upsell options in Duve, ensuring a seamless experience.

Proposing and Booking Services:
- The receptionist proposes relevant upsells, such as room upgrades or additional services, directly through the OHIP interface.
- The guest agrees to the upsell, and the receptionist books the service via Duve.
