As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the integration between Duve and Optima PMS, we are excited to announce a new capability that will further streamline the guest experience for hosts using Optima. Duve now supports pushing car numbers directly to the guest profile in Optima PMS, providing hosts with valuable information before the guest's arrival.
Overview
Duve has introduced a new field match capability, specifically for car numbers. This feature allows the car number provided by guests during the online check-in process to be automatically pushed to the corresponding guest profile in Optima PMS.
Please note that this field is only supported to be pushed to Optima.
Use Cases
- Pre-Arrival Preparation: Hosts can now access the car number of incoming guests directly in Optima, allowing them to prepare for guest arrival more effectively, such as allocating parking spaces or facilitating valet services.
- Enhanced Guest Experience: By having access to the car number in advance, hosts can offer a more personalized and efficient check-in process, enhancing the overall guest experience.
How to Set It Up
Confirm with Silverbyte that this is supported in your Optima version
In order to ensure that this field will push to Optima, please confirm that the Optima version that you are using is compatible with this update. This can only be confirmed with the Silverbyte team.
Creating a Field Match in Duve
In Duve, go to Settings > Check-in > Custom Questions.
Create a new custom question and select 'Car Number' in the field match section
