
We're thrilled to announce our newest feature integration with Liverton Systems Key Dispenser. This integration streamlines the check-in process, making it even more seamless for your guests to retrieve and dispense their keys.
To start the integration process of your Liverton Account to Duve, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Duve Support.
This feature is available for both Hotels and Vacation Rentals.
Overview:
When a reservation is created in Duve, Duve will request the link to the QR code from Liverton.
Guests receive an easy-to-use QR code, facilitating quick key access.

Duve will generate the dynamic parameter {{KeyDispenserCode}} to lead to the QR code page in the Guest App. This link will not be visible in the Duve UI, but only when the dynamic parameter is sent to the guest via the Communication Hub.
When the guest opens the link, they will be shown the QR code.
When arriving at the hotel/host, scan the QR code in the Liverton Kiosk to get your room key.

How to Set it Up?
The Liverton Kiosk team will provide the connection name and the Hotel Code
Go to the Keys page. Click Add New Key Dispenser and select 'Liverton'.

Add the Credentials to Duve
Add the Brand that is connected to the Dispenser according to the Hotel code you got from the Liverton team.
- Fill in the Hotel code and then click 'Add'.
- Add a name for which you can easily distinguish between Brands.

Note: If your account has multiple brands, you must select the relevant Brand in order to allocate the specific brand to the relevant doors that you want to assign
Complete the Connection
All the doors will be synced automatically to the Rooms. There is no further setup needed. All the rooms will already be connected to each respective room.
To see the Key Dispenser connection per room, go to a Room and click the Key Dispenser section:

Use Cases
1. Automated Check-Ins
Guests arriving at the hotel can scan the QR code from their Duve app at a Liverton kiosk. The system will verify their reservation and, if the check-in is incomplete, guide them through the necessary steps, including updating the PMS with check-in data.
2. Contactless Payment
For guests with outstanding payments, hosts can set the online check in to be mandatory and the payment as part of it
the kiosk will prompt them to complete the transaction before proceeding. Once the payment is made, the kiosk will issue the room key. This eliminates the need for front desk intervention, allowing for a faster check-in process.
3. Room Key Issuance
After successfully completing the check-in or payment process, guests can scan their QR code at the kiosk to retrieve their room key. This action is managed through Duve’s new QR code dynamic parameter, ensuring seamless room key distribution.
4. Reducing Front Desk Workload
By automating routine check-in and payment tasks, Liverton kiosks reduce the need for front desk staff during peak times, allowing them to focus on more complex guest needs. This improves efficiency and reduces wait times for guests.
