The new image customization capability allows hosts to upload brand-specific images, ensuring a visual identity across all guest interactions.

Until now, hosts using Smart Tools Upsells in Duve have been limited to generic, default images that don’t align with their specific offers.
This feature is designed to enhance brand consistency and improve the overall guest experience.

How to Set Up Custom Images for ECI & LCO Upsells
Step 1: Access the ECI or LCO Upsell Section
- Navigate to Upsell Settings: Go to Upsells > manage upsells > Early check-in / Late check-out
Step 2: Customize Your Upsell Image
- Default Image Options: The system will display the default image currently associated with the ECI/ LCO upsell.
- Image Selection Options: You have several image replacement options:
- Retain Default Image: Keep the current default image.
- Brand Cover Image: Select a predefined image that aligns with your brand’s visual identity.
- Rental/Room Type Image: Choose an image that represents a specific rental or room type.
- Upload Custom Image: Upload a custom image file to represent your upsell offer.
Use Cases
1. Customizing the Late Check-Out (LCO) Offer
Hosts offering Late Check-Out as an upsell can now upload an image that visually represents this service. For example, a hotel can upload an image that reflects a serene, extended stay environment to entice guests to opt for LCO.
2. Brand-Specific Room Upgrades
Hosts with specific room types or rental types can use this feature to upload custom images for upsells. This ensures that guests see exactly what the room looks like, reinforcing trust and encouraging upsell conversions.
3. Accurate Visual Representation for Upsell Services
Hosts can now ensure that the images representing these services are clear, relevant, and brand-aligned. This improves clarity for guests and enhances the overall booking experience.
