To enhance integration capabilities with external task management systems, Duve now allows hosts to add multiple custom product upsells in the webhook page, simplifying the order management and task automation process.
Previously, hosts must create individual triggers for each custom service, which can become repetitive and inefficient. With the new feature, hosts can select multiple custom services under a single trigger, reducing setup time and enhancing the integration workflow with task management systems.
How to Set Up Multiple Custom Product Upsells
Step 1: Configure Webhook Settings in Duve
- Access Webhook Page: Go to Settings > Integrations > Webhooks within the Duve platform.
- Create a New Trigger: Create an "Order created" webhook that is relevant for this capability.
- Multiple Custom Service Selection: Under “Order Type,” select multiple custom services in a single trigger configuration, eliminating the need to create separate triggers for each service.

Use Cases
Streamlined Multi-Service Order Processing
Hosts who frequently manage multiple custom service requests (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, and room setup) can use a single trigger for all related tasks. This setup simplifies workflow and minimizes the need for duplicate configurations.
