Duve introduces a new Menu on the upsell page: A new upsell Builder menu in addition to the upsell options. This tool gives hosts complete control over their menu offerings, ensuring services are aligned with their property’s brand, operational capabilities, and guest expectations. With this functionality, hosts can provide personalized, visually appealing, and operationally efficient menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
The updated F&B Menu in the Guest App provides a seamless and simplified experience for guests when ordering free and Paid items. Here's how the experience looks and feels.
Overview
The Product Builder focuses on non-POS upsells, It empowers hosts to configure menus with ease, including adding menu items, setting prices, managing categories, and defining availability. Guests see a tailored, user-friendly experience during their stay, while hosts enjoy robust tools to manage and track orders efficiently.
The updated F&B Menu in the Guest App serves as an option for hosts without a POS integration. Hosts who use POS systems like Symphony integration as a POS require an integration to Duve. This standalone menu provides options for all hosts without a POS connection as a standalone solution
