Guest App & Guidebook
The Duve Guest App, a personal web app, holds all of your guest's important information for their stay including reservation details, check-in information, arrival instructions, upsells, and the guidebook.

My Reservation
Check-in method, Address, Your Arrival Info, Reservation Info, Departure Info, and Reservation Contract are fields that are populated from the Pre Check-in, the Reservation Information, and Pre Check-Out.

The Contact Us section gives the option for the guest to start a chat with the host or call the phone number provided. The "chat online" will show when it is within the set available hours from the Basic Settings page for Communication.

If a scanned document is still required, the guest will be able to scan their Passport/ID directly from the Guest App.

Taxi Upsell

A guest can book a round-trip taxi from their Guest App. If the trip is not reserved through the Pre Check-in, the ‘Add our Ride’ and ‘Add our return ride’ will show under General in the menu.
Our Recommendations/For You


This field shows recommendations for the guest for Upsells from the accommodation, which can range from Tours, Mid Stay Cleanings and many more
Hotel/Vacation Rental Info
Click on the logo to open information such as your host, contact information, and the about us section.


Map
Click the map icon to see where the hotel/vacation rental is located. from here the guest can also see any points that have been located using the map block in a Guidebook post.

Language
The guest can change their preferred language from the list of options in the menu bar by clicking on the 3 bar "hamburger" icon, and then selecting the desired language.
