New 'Marketing Source' field condition for Opera 5 customers

New condition 'Marketing Source' is available now in Guest Billing and PreScheduled Messages for Duve customers using Oracle Opera Hospitality 5.

 

As a host there are different promotions which are marked in Opera as 'Source', in order to segment and target guests that booked through a specific source campaign.

 

For example, if there is an American Express campaign of 20% for guests who pay with Amex, you can add the source condition in order to ensure that the guests will pay with Amex card.

 

Now you can target guests with Source in order to send them messages or to exclude them from receiving Scheduled messages.

Under guest billing, click "Enable by condition" ➝

 

 

Then, customize by custom condition and select 'Marketing Source' ➝

 

 

Once you select "Marketing source" field you can choose between is / is not
