Go to Upsells > Manage > Suppliers
Add the following information to create a third party supplier:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Country
- Preferred Language
Automatic Payouts
In order for third-party suppliers to receive automatic payouts to their Payment Processor accounts, you must allow 'automatic payments transfer'
Important: can only be connected for EU customers (not valid for Australia or USA customers)
Once the supplier is added with Automatic payments transfer, the connection status will show as 'Invited'
Email Invitation to the New Supplier:
If the customer has not added a payment processor to their Duve account, they must add a payment processor to Duve to be able to receive the automatic payouts for their fees:
