Oracle Update from November 1st, 2024:
From November 1st, 2024, all customers on OHIP will start the process of migrating to OCIM.
How does it work?
All existing customers are set up with an SSD URL for their PMS connectivity to Duve. Oracle's team will update our customers to move to a new structure, called OCIM, which Duve supports.
Once an existing Duve customer moves to OCIM from SSD, the reservation sync will be down - no new reservations syncing and reservation updates from Pre Check-in will not be sent to Opera.
How to Update Duve that you are moving to OCIM
Two ways:
- Email Duve Support team to notify them when you are moving to OCIM. Our team will help you navigate the process to ensure the least amount of downtime.
- Once you have migrated to OCIM, a user with full admin access in your OHIP Environment should create a user and enforcement for the email ohip@duve.com and not under your personal email. Duve's Support team will be notified that you have started the migration process for OCIM.
To start:
Hosts need to go to their OCIM interface account in OHIP:
- Go to role manager
- Click User management
- Click Interface Users
- Click Manage interface users
- Create a user for us under the email ohip@duve.com
- WSACCESS role will be automatically granted
- Set Password expiry to 365 days if relevant
Once the host completes the process, Duve Support will get an email notifying them of the change. Duve's Support team Tier 2 members will be in contact with the Account Main Contact to complete the rest of the setup.
Approving Duve's user
Duve Support will notify the Account Admin to log into their Customer developer portal which only the chain admin has access and press Approve
Steps to Complete the setup can be found in the User Guide
