Duve now supports syncing both the Booker and the Main Guest from Mews PMS reservations. This enhancement is especially valuable for properties handling high volumes of corporate or third-party bookings, where the person making the reservation isn't the person staying.
Overview
Until now, Duve only synced the Booker’s details from Mews, causing confusion when messages and check-in links were sent to the wrong contact. With this new capability, hosts can choose to sync and target the actual staying guest (Main Guest), ensuring smoother communication and less manual correction.

With a new toggle in Mews connection settings, hosts can now activate “Sync Main Guest & Booker Details” to:
- See both profiles on the reservation page
- Choose who receives messages
- Ensure guest apps and chat are tied to the right person
This small toggle brings a big step forward in personalization, automation, and operational accuracy, especially for properties with hybrid or corporate-heavy booking flows.
