Overview
The Weekly Recurring toggle allows you to automatically send a scheduled message every week, without needing to recreate or manually update it.
This feature controls when a message is sent (It does not control which guests receive the message)
When the Weekly Recurring toggle is available
The Weekly Recurring toggle appears when:
You create a Scheduled Message
You select Specific date as the trigger type
Once enabled and activated, the message will repeat weekly.
How Weekly Recurring works
The message is sent on the selected trigger date
After activation, the message repeats once per week
The weekday of the message is determined by the original trigger date
(for example, a Tuesday trigger will repeat every Tuesday)
No additional setup is required to keep the message recurring.
Example
Example:
You schedule a message for Friday, November 18, saying:
“Don’t miss the wine tasting tonight at 6 PM.”
When the Weekly Recurring toggle is enabled:
The same message will be sent every Friday, automatically
No need to duplicate or reconfigure the message each week
Using Weekly Recurring with guest conditions, such as In-House
You may optionally add guest conditions (such as In-house or In-house weekday) to control who receives the message.
Important clarification:
Guest conditions are not required to use Weekly Recurring
Weekly Recurring controls timing
Guest conditions control audience
