This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your RMS account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account.
How to set it up?
Select RMS as your PMS you will be asked to provide your RMS client ID and Client Password.
Enter your client ID and password in the designated fields and click connect.
Your account ID and password are the same details you use to login to your RMS account. Your ID can be found on the top left corner of your RMS dashboard.
Once you click connect, your RMS and Duve accounts will be synced, and you can start using Duve.
You will be able to see all your properties in the room/rental page and the reservation information on the reservation page).
For Expansions: Please contact RMS support to ensure that the module for Duve is turned on for each property.
