In order to connect your Apaleo account, please go to Settings > Connections > Add New and choose Apaleo as your sync source.
Select Apaleo and Click Connect.
You will be forwarded to the Apaleo website to add your account username and password -
You will be asked to sign in to your Apaleo account and authorize the connection with Duve. If you are already logged in to your Apaleo account in a different tab you won’t need to login again and will only need to authorize the connection.
After approving you will be redirected back to Duve. In the initial sync, you will not see any rooms or reservation information. In order to see that information, you must designate to Duve which hotels to connect.
In the Connect&Sync, click on the Source.
Select from the dropdown which Hotel ID(s) that you would like to start syncing to Duve to start the live sync
When the Hotel ID is added, it will show like this:
Press Save and then Full Sync.
You're Done! You will be able to view your property and reservation information and start using Duve.
Expansion: In order to expand usage of Duve to other connected Hotel IDs from Apaleo
In order to add other Hotels to Duve, enter the existing Source and select the Hotel IDs in the dropdown.
If you are connecting a new Apaleo account, go to '+Add New' and select Apaleo. Repeat the process again until you see the new rentals and reservations populating in Duve.
Important Setup Note:
When expanding to new hotels in the existing Apaleo connection, please disable the Confirmation email for the main brand and any PreScheduled Messages triggered for at guest reservation created.
Then, create an extra brand for the new hotel.
Go to the Rooms page and assign all the new rentals with the Hotel ID from Apaleo to the new brand.
