What does Duve sync to the Guesty unified inbox:
- Pre Check-in summary Note which includes a link to all uploaded Required Documents
- Order Summary Note
- Confirmation Email, Online Check-in, Arrival message shown as a Note
- PreScheduled Messages posted as a Note
What does Guesty push to the Duve Communication Hub:
- Messages from Guesty sent to the OTAs
- Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO
- No pictures sent from OTA messages will show in Duve's CH
- Messages from the OTAs sent to Guesty unified inbox, which are pushed to Duve
No Messages from Duve will appear in ANY OTA - all messages from Duve are pushed back to Guesty as a note, so therefore the messages are not pushed anywhere else (not Airbnb, Booking.com or any other OTA).
Important Note: If guests are being messaged via multiple channels in Guesty ex. Airbnb, SMS, Whatsapp, you will not be able to see in Duve which channel the message was sent by
