Duve customers can connect their SelfWelcome accounts and pull Kiosks codes into Duve! Duve customers are currently integrating Selfwelcome to their Duve accounts to send codes to guests, who would like to give their guests codes to dispense their own keys.
Available only for customers using Optima 1 PMS
Before starting this process, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Duve Support.
Overview:
Duve syncs the Kiosk Dispenser's codes from SelfWelcome according to the reservation status you select on the key dispensers page.
For example, if the reservation status is set to "Arrived", once the reservation changes to Arrived in Optima 1, Duve will send a request to SelfWelcome in order to pull the dispenser codes. Then, the codes will be shown as a dynamic parameter {{propertyOrKeyBoxCode}} and would be ready to use in Scheduled Messages.
Via Scheduled Messages, add the dynamic parameter {{propertyOrKeyBoxCode}} to send the codes to your guests.
How to Set it Up?
Silverbyte will provide the Hotel Code to the Duve Support team
Go to the Keys page. Add a key dispenser in the keys section ➝

Select SelfWelcome.
Add the Brand (if relevant) and the Hotel Code as the credentials and then click 'Add'.

All the doors will be synced automatically ➝

Optional setup: Select which reservation status will Auto Release the codes ➝

There is no further setup needed. All the rooms will already be connected to each respective room.
