Duve API: Add push documents to Duve API integrated customers

Duve aims to streamline operations, reduce manual workloads, and enhance overall efficiency. The ability to push complete, original documents directly to the PMS empowers hosts to access critical guest information seamlessly.

 

Add the new webhook named 'Guest Full Document uploaded' for all documents uploaded by guests - ID documents (via Required Documents), Credit Card Scan, and E-Signature contract.

 

 

Click on Connect & Sync and enter your PMS connection.

 

Click 'Add new' to add the new webhook for 'Guest Full Document Uploaded'

 

 

Optional: When adding the webhook, you can customize your header

By incorporating this feature, you can effortlessly access and view the files directly from your PMS. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual checks and ensures that the necessary documents are readily available for reporting and compliance purposes.
