Mobile Key testing Troubleshooting

When testing Assa Abloy keys, please create 2 tests with the following scenarios:

1. One reservation which was not completed Pre Check-in
2. One reservation which has completed Pre Check-in

• the reservation is coming from the PMS
• Guest Login is turned on
• Reservation status matches the 'Checked-in/In House' Reservation status in the PMS and the settings on the Key Provider
• Must have at least 1 guest (preferably 2)
• Reservation must be for check-in on the day you are testing
• Earliest Check-in hour must be taken into account in the customer's time zone
• Latest Checkout hour must be taken into account in the customer's time zone

Troubleshooting Q&A

Q: If I use the mobile key and the door flashes green but the door does not open?

A: Please check the keys setup and ensure that the key is intialized for each door.
