Guest Login options for Upsells in the Public Guest App

Duve is happy to announce new options for logging into the Public Guest App via upsells. Our goal is to enable guests to order free services from the Public Guest App by only entering their Room Number. 

How to Set it Up?

In the Advanced Settings, when the Upsell is enabled to “show in Public Guest App” the host will then need to set the required login option. Guests will then be able to access these products in the Public Guest App from the Public Guest App link or Digital Spots. 

The login options are:

1. Log in (Recommended and the default selection)
2. Room number and Last name
3. Room number only 

By selecting Room Number only, the guest only has to confirm their room number in order to request the service.

Once the required information is entered, the login by room number is used when the guest requests, Duve will automatically attach the request to the guest's reservation based on room allocation and reservation dates.
