Duve has introduced synchronization of additional data from Guesty PMS directly into Duve Front Desk's reservation details, enhancing operational efficiency.
Overview
The integration of additional information from Guesty PMS provides a successful conversion table. Custom fields like 'Last Stay' in Guesty can now be matched and synced, providing a seamless data flow between Guesty and Duve platforms.
When setting this up, the Additional Fields section will show in the Reservation page.
How to Set It Up
- Create an Additional Field on the Reservation Level for each custom field in Guesty in order to capture the details from the Guesty Custom Fields.
- Navigate to Settings > Connections > PMS & Channel Manager's and click on the Guesty connection
- Locate the custom fields table where you can map Guesty's UDF fields.

The value that will be pushed to Duve is the input of the 'Variable' column.
In Duve 'Connect & Sync' you can add a new additional field and map the custom fields from Guesty. The Field PMS ID value should be the Field Name in Guesty.

Configuration and Live Sync
Each additional field chosen will continuously sync in real-time, updating the Front Desk's reservation details with the latest information from Guesty PMS.
