New! Duve syncs 'Last Stay Date' and 'Number of Total Stays' from Mews PMS – Duve

Duve is happy to introduce new data to display from Mews based on guests' historical data. To better understand returning guests' journeys, Duve has now integrated with Mews to sync additional information – the 'last stay' and 'Number of total stays.'

'Last Stay' - the date of the last day (Check-in date)
'Number of total stays' - the number of stays (vacations) in the hotel

How to set it Up?

Hosts will find the synced information conveniently located in the "Booker" section of each reservation.

In addition, those 2 fields are now supported in our condition features cross the platform

- Schedule messages
- Custom questions
- Posts
- Custom products

By having a comprehensive understanding of a guest's stay history, hosts can offer a more personalized and seamless guest journey.

Example of Setup

In Scheduled Messages, to send a message to a guest who has never visited the hotel before, set up the Scheduled Message like so:
