Duve is proud to announce a significant enhancement for hosts using Guesty PMS: full support for all custom questions appearing in the Online Check-In (OCI). This new capability allows hosts to seamlessly sync custom field data from Duve's OCI directly into Guesty, streamlining operations and enriching reservation details.
This feature allows hosts to collect all the information they need from guests via the online check-in in Duve and match it to the right fields in Guesty in order to track everything in one place
How to Set it Up?
Supported Fields without field match - no setup needed:
Duve now supports syncing the following fields to Guesty:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Birth day
- Nationality
- Document Number
- Country of Birth
Custom Field Connection that needs to be created with the same names exactly in Guesty :
For fields not directly supported, you must set a variable Duve offers custom field connection options, including:
- Billing company name - {{billing_company_name}}
- Billing street and number - {{billing_street_and_number}}
- Billing postal code - {{billing_postal_code}}
- Billing city - {{billing_city}}
- Billing country - {{billing_country}}
- Document Type - {{document_type}}
- Country of Residence - {{country_of_residance}}
- Issuing Country - {{issuing_country}}
- Invoice required - {{invoice_required}}
To set this up, go to Automations > Custom Fields and create the custom fields on the Reservation level
