How to Connect your Duve Account to Airbnb
This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your Airbnb account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account.
Fill in an internal nickname and click connect. Then you will be redirected to your Airbnb login page.
The page will refresh for you to open an account or to add your existing account:
After completing the connection, you will need to connect each Airbnb listing to the rental in Duve. To do this, please go to the Airbnb Source Sync page in Connections in Duve.
Align the Duve Rentals to Airbnb Listings
In the table, match the Airbnb listing to the Duve rental via the dropdown menu. If the listing has multiple inventory (rentals in Duve), match each rental to the proper listing.
By clicking on the external link icon, the Airbnb listing page will be opened in a new tab.
After all the rentals are aligned to the listings, it will take a few minutes for the messages to start syncing, dependent on when your first new messages are received in your Airbnb account.
Messages History: No messages history is synced to Duve, only messages and inquiries sent from that moment onwards.
Duve will sync messages up to 2 weeks after checkout date.
Adding New Listings from Airbnb to Duve
Go to Settings > Connections > OTA messaging > click on Airbnb, this action triggers the sync of new listings from Airbnb to show in the page in Duve.
If you do not see the new listings, click 'Reconnect'
Troubleshooting Steps
Q: I am not seeing all my rentals showing in the list, I am only seeing 1 brand. How can I see all my rentals?
A: Check in your main account settings and remove any brand filters by clicking 'All'. Then go back to the Airbnb connection and you will be able to see all the active rooms/rentals in the account.
Q: The Last Sync time in the Connection page is not updated in the last 24+ hours. What does that mean?
A: The Last Sync time in the connection page indicates the most recent timestamp of a reservation created in Airbnb and sent to Duve via webhook.
