How to Connect Your Duve Account to Booking.com
This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your Booking.com account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account.

The link will redirect you to your Booking.com Extranet account, where the setup can be started:

Go to Settings > Connectivity Provider
Grant access to the Duve Connectivity Provider to sync messages to Duve

Select the listings that you want to grant permissions to Duve. For Hotels, add the Group Account Property ID. Once all the listings are granted permission to Duve, click download the table from Booking.com, which includes the Duve property ID and Name.

Setup in Duve
Go to Settings > Connections > OTA Messaging and select Add New, then select "Booking Com"
If you are only connecting 1 rental, select Single-property:

You can now view all the Booking.com sync sources matches to your properties IDs in Booking view and messages will be synced to the correct reservations in Duve.
Troubleshooting
Many times our customers already have integrations connected to the Guest Messages. It is important to remove all other providers who are currently using the Guest messages permission.
Ensure that no other connection has the Guest Messages connection. Once the Guest Messages permission is removed from the other provider, try again via the process to connect Duve and Booking.com.
