Airbnb OTA Integration | How to Connect

This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your Airbnb account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account. Go to Settings > Connections > OTA Messaging, Add a New source and select 'Airbnb'.

 

Fill in an internal nickname and click connect. Then you will be redirected to your Airbnb login page.

The page will refresh for you to open an account or to add your existing account:

 

 

 

After completing the connection, you will need to connect each Airbnb listing to the rental in Duve. To do this, please go to the Airbnb Source Sync page in Connections in Duve. 

 

In the table, you can match the Airbnb listing to the Duve listing via the dropdown menu.

 

Please note: Each rental in Duve can only be aligned to 1 Airbnb Listing ID. If you have multiple rentals in Duve which are synced to 1 Airbnb listing, please ensure that the Airbnb listing ID is not connected to any rentals in Duve.

If you are connecting Airbnb listings to Duve rentals in the Connection page, please note that you will not be able to align more than 1 Airbnb Listing to 1 Duve Rental.
