This addition to the information sync allows hosts to differentiate guest experiences based on VIP levels, further tailoring offerings and communications to meet and exceed the expectations of every guest.
Overview
The VIP Status code is automatically pulled from Opera 5.6 and populated in the Connectivity section in the reservation within Duve. There is no setup is required on the host's side in order to see the VIP Status in Duve. Duve will only sync the VIP Code, the description will not be visible in Duve.
Note: The field only syncs once and cannot be edited or updated in Duve. If the guest's VIP status is updated from null to a status, it will sync. If the guest's VIP Status is changed from one status to another, this update will not be reflected in Duve.
Once populated, the VIP Status code can be viewed on the Reservation page.
