Streamline Upsells better with OHIP Integration

How to Set It Up

Duve Setup: 

Go Settings > Connections page and click on the OHIP Connection.

Take each link for "All Upsells" or "Room Upgrade" specifically from Duve Connections page.

The link will work once all relevant IPs will be added to the connection page:

You can add more than 1 IP and the links will work.

OHIP setup:

Create a quick link custom button in the OHIP interface - Video Instructions

Note: Verify that the necessary permissions (External Systems are set up) are granted for data sharing between Duve and OHIP.

Click on the Rocket

Click Manage Quick Links

Go to the Search and write 'Run Reports'

Use Cases

1. Arrival at Reception:
   • A guest arrives at the reception desk.
   • The receptionist opens the reservation in Opera.
2. Accessing Upsells:
   • Via a link in the reservation, the receptionist can access all upsells relevant to the guest profile.
   • The link provides a direct path to the guest’s upsell options in Duve, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Proposing and Booking Services:
   • The receptionist proposes relevant upsells, such as room upgrades or additional services, directly through the OHIP interface.
   • The guest agrees to the upsell, and the receptionist books the service via Duve.
