Creating Services in Infor for Early Check-in, Late Checkout, Custom, Menu Products
Go to Administration > Transaction Codes
Create the Item code as an easy three letter code for example: Early Check-in = ECI
In Duve
Add the transaction code to the corresponding service under Advanced Options>Billing Identifier.
Creating a Service for Room Upgrade
Duve supports live availability sync from Infor HMS to support Room Upgrades
Go to Administration > Transaction Codes > input Room Types in the 'Display to Guest' section
Note: It is currently not possible to display availability for more than three room types.
In Duve
In the Room Upgrade setup in Duve, enable the toggle for 'Check Live Availability from Infor'
