How to Set It Up

 

OHIP setup:

Create a quick link custom button in the OHIP interface - Video Instructions

Note: Verify that the necessary permissions (External Systems are set up) are granted for data sharing between Duve and OHIP.

 

Click on the Rocket

Click Manage Quick Links

Go to the Search and write 'Run Reports'

Click on the Run Reports and Click the > Arrow to add and then Click Save.

Go to Manage Custom Links

 

 

Add the Duve Links here one by one and click Add.

Duve Setup: 

Go Settings > Connections page and click on the OHIP Connection.

Set up the IP addresses in the field to ensure that the link is only useable from the relevant hotel IPs.

You can add more than 1 IP and the links will work.

Take the link for "Sync Reservation URL" specifically from OHIP Connections page and add it to the Custom Links setup in the OHIP account.
