Duve improved the integration capabilities with Mews and OHIP PMS. The primary goal is to ensure a more comprehensive and efficient data flow between Duve and the PMS for Home Address Information, enhancing the guest management experience.
This feature supports both the main booker and companions. Duve maps five field matches as part of the Home address:
- Home Address
- Home City
- Home Country
- Home Postal Code
If the information exists in Mews and OHIP on the Guest Profile, it will be pre-populated for guest confirmation or modification. Any changes made by the guest will be pushed to new fields in Mews and OHIP.
How to Set It Up?
To ensure that the custom questions are mapped correctly, please ensure that each Custom Question is aligned with the correct field match.
Go to Settings > Check-in > Custom Questions and select the field match for your Custom Question.

- Home Address
- Home City
- Home Country
- Home Postal Code
Pre-Populate
If any of these fields are already populated in the guest profile of the guest in Mews and OHIP, the custom question will be pre-populated in the Online Check-in.
If the guest would like to change the information that is pre-populated, they will be able to edit the information. When the information is synced to Mews or OHIP, Duve will add the new billing information as an additional billing address to the guest profile.
Note: Duve can not currently mark the new Home Address in the profile as the default.
