Duve now supports purchases by guests without a reservation or login — also known as Visitors. This feature helps properties capture more revenue from walk-ins, event attendees, and local guests by allowing them to explore and purchase Menu upsells directly from the public Guest App — no login required.
What’s New?
Allow non-logged-in guests (Visitors) to purchase Menu upsells or Custom Products
Customize what information they must provide to complete a purchase
Control payment options available for Visitors
Purchases are not tied to a reservation or guest profile
Hosts receive the same notifications for visitor orders as they do for guest orders
💡 This feature is especially useful in resort, restaurant, spa, and event-based settings.
Pricing
The feature is free to use for customers with Premium subscription until February 1st. After February 1st, all customers will need to order this feature as a paid add-on to their Premium Subscription.
The pricing for this feature is 0.75 EUR per room per month. Please contact Duve Support or your dedicated Customer Success Manager to purchase.
