The Refine button is a new feature that helps hosts ensure professional, clear, and brand-consistent communication with guests. With one click, hosts can instantly refine their drafted messages, improving grammar, clarity, and tone of voice, while keeping the original intent intact.
This feature reduces the time hosts spend rewriting messages and ensures a consistent hotel-standard tone across all agents, enhancing guest trust and satisfaction.
Important Notes
The Refine button is not available if fewer than 2 words are typed.
AI does not add or remove information beyond what was written — it only improves wording.
Guests do not see any indication that the message was polished.
