To Access the Order Requests, go to Upsells>Requests

*Note: The Requests page will always show, even if there are no pending requests.

Order Page - Approve Request

* Add Explanation section does not show to the guest in the Denial Confirmation Email
Order page - Chat

Order Page Logs

- Logs for the order are at the bottom of the page
- Request Approval log will show which user approved the Request
- Logs show when all automatic emails are sent
Guest Experience
The guest will recieve an email confirming their order request
Once the order is confirmed, the guest may see the status change in the order details page
If the request was denied, the guest will see the following in the orders page
Host Experience
Navigate to Dashboard Upsells > Orders to see the status of all orders
