How to Make a Test Reservation

*Important Note: If you create a test reservation in Duve, the information will not sync back to your PMS or affect the rental/room’s availability on your booking sources.

To do a test reservation, go to the top of the Reservations page and click here:

In order to create a test reservation, define the following fields:

First name
Contact information
Reservation dates
Assigned rental for the guest.
If you create the test reservation in your PMS or CM you do not need to do this step.

If you would also like to test the guest journey with payments, please add your payments and currency in the payments section:

When the test reservations are synced/created to Duve, please ensure that you are using the right hand side manual buttons to send yourself or copy the links needed if you are not using Duve yet with your guests.
