Export your Analytics data to share KPIs, compare brands, and analyze performance offline in Excel.
Overview
Duve's Analytics export is a page-level export that downloads an .xlsx workbook based on your selected filters. The export reflects your chosen date range, booking sources, and brand context.
Some worksheets only appear if the related feature is enabled (for example, Mobile/Online key providers or Duve AI). On multi-brand accounts, you can export all brands or run a brand comparison.

- Each export is limited to a date range of up to 31 days
How to Use It
Navigation: Analytics
1) Set your filters
- Choose your date range (up to 31 days) and booking sources
- If applicable, set or clear a brand selection
2) Start the export
- Click Export in the top filter strip
- If you have access to multiple brands and no single brand is selected, choose one of the options:
- Export all brands
- Export brand comparison
3) Configure and download
- In the Export popup, select the date range and click Export
- While processing, the button may show Exporting and a loading message
- Your browser will download an .xlsx file named: Analytics_<company-name>-<DDMMYYYY>.xlsx
Export all brands (single brand or company-wide)
- Use this when working within one brand or when you want a combined workbook for all accessible brands
- The resulting workbook contains multiple worksheets covering areas like Overall summary, All, Checked In, Guest App, Public Guest App, Mobile/Online key (when enabled), Upsells, Digital Spots, Pre Check-Out (when enabled), Duve AI (when enabled), and Scheduled Messages
Export brand comparison (multi-brand accounts)
- Available when you have access to two or more brands and no single brand filter is active
- Creates an .xlsx workbook designed for cross-brand analysis
File format and naming
- Format: .xlsx (Excel workbook)
- Download: direct browser download
- Filename pattern: Analytics_<company-name>-<DDMMYYYY>.xlsx
- The workbook's report details record your selected date range, brands (when applicable), and booking sources
Understanding what's included
- The export focuses on aggregated metrics such as counts, revenue, rankings, message KPIs, scheduled message names, product names, QR/post names, and staff leaderboard display names
- Guest PII (for example, guest name, email, phone) is not exported as raw fields; some sheets may include counts of collected emails or phone numbers
Troubleshooting
- I do not see the Export button: Confirm you are on desktop, and that your user has the "Allow Export Data" permission
- Brand comparison option not available: Clear any single-brand selection and ensure you have access to two or more brands
- No file downloaded after running Export: If a confirmation appears but no file is downloaded, there may be no data for the selected filters and date range. Adjust filters or try different dates
Restrictions & Limitations
- Max date range per export: 31 days
- Export is only available on desktop view
- The Export button is hidden if you do not have the "Allow Export Data" permission
- Format is XLSX only; CSV, PDF, and image/chart exports are not available
- Some ranked lists in the workbook are capped at 30 entries
- Brand comparison appears only when you have access to two or more brands and no single brand is selected
- Certain worksheets appear only when those features are enabled (for example, Mobile/Online key, Duve AI, Online Check-Out)
- The workbook's report details use the DD/MM/YYYY date format; the file name uses DDMMYYYY

Q: What format does the Analytics export produce?

A: Scheduling and email delivery are not available in the Analytics export flow.
Q: What timezone is used in the export?
A: The workbook records your selected date range, and the report details use DD/MM/YYYY. The timezone of calculated metrics is not displayed in the file.
