How to Set up Room Upgrades with Booked Room Type

Duve's hosts who are connected to Opera, OHIP, Optima 1, Medialog and Mews are able to set up their Room upgrades with the base offering being the 'Booked Room Type'

 

The 'Booked Room type' parameter allows our hosts to only show their guests the 'Booked' Room Type, in case there is any upgrade needed based on availability and inventory. The Booked Room Type parameter will only display to the guest what they have booked, and not their upgraded Room Type.

To set up your Room Upgrade upsell to only show upgrades for your guest based on their booked room type, go to Upsells > Room Upgrade.

 

 

Enable 'Upgrades will be based on the guest's booked room type'

 

Click Save.

 

From now on, your Room Upgrades will be offered to your guests only with the base Room Type being the Room Type which the guest originally booked
