Rate Plan Translations

Duve syncs the Rate Plans into Duve. The rate plans are used to define the meal plans included in the reservation. For example, Bed & Breakfast is one level of board type, and Half Board is a higher level.

 

When the PMS pushes the rate plan code into Duve, it will show on the reservation page, for example:

 

 

The rate plan codes do not sync automatically into the settings page, so in order to set descriptions and translations to the dynamic parameter, you must add all of your rate plans manually to the Settings page.

 

List of Supported PMS:

• Optima 1
• Optima 2020
• Opera
• Protel Air
• OHIP

 

 

 

 

Go to Settings > Advanced > Rate Plans > +Add new

 

 

Important note: When adding a new rate plan, you must copy the exact code from your PMS in order for the system to recognize it as the correct rate plan.

 

In the description field, you can write the description you want your guest to see.

 

 

This information can be added as a dynamic parameter. You can add it to the confirmation email, send your guest in a chat message, in a pre-scheduled message, and more.

It also is presented to the guests during the pre-check-in in the payment step.

 

You can click on the translation button and add your desired language description.
