Duve can be configured to deliver emails to guests on your behalf via your email domain to increase brand awareness. Each brand can now be verified with a different domain names from your main account!
Until this configuration is updated by a user, Duve sends emails using a pre-assigned domain name from our email server m.duve.co.
Configuring a custom email domain does not affect incoming mail or any other aspect of the existing email setup. The personalized domain verification provides Duve with the necessary permission to send communications with your branding.
As part of supporting your sub-brand's emails, messages, and communication, you can create different guest journeys for each hotel or group of vacation rentals.
How to Set it Up?

This allows you to customize the guest journey per hotel and create different rules for Online Check-in per brand.
While choosing a specific Brand from the list, you will see the specific Domain verification settings.
Once you select a brand, under the "Domain verification" tab you will see the button to override the main brand settings as the first step ➝
After enabling the override button in order to specify the brand communication for your guests, the setup custom mail domain will pop up to fill in
